You can send us questions and complaints, including any concern about the safety of a piece, by any of these means. For anything you may need to prove later, please write to us by email or by post.

Prices and delivery

All prices include VAT. They are in euro (EUR), except for delivery to Romania, where they are shown and charged in Romanian lei (RON), converted from our euro price as explained in section 6 of our Terms of service. Our pieces are sold under the special margin scheme for second-hand goods (regimul special pentru bunurile second-hand). VAT is charged only on our margin, is already included in the price and cannot be deducted by the buyer. Because Romanian tax law does not allow the VAT on a margin-scheme sale to be shown separately, we cannot state a VAT amount for each piece. For this reason your invoice shows no separate VAT amount and carries the mention "Margin scheme - Second-hand goods" (in Romanian, "regimul marjei - bunuri second-hand").

Delivery is free of charge to all 27 member states of the European Union. For territories outside the EU VAT area (such as the Canary Islands), customs formalities and local import taxes may apply. We do not deliver outside the European Union. Details are in our Shipping policy.

Consumer protection and disputes

If something is not right, please tell us first and we will do our best to resolve it with you.

The Romanian consumer protection authority is the National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor, ANPC): https://anpc.ro. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can request alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the ANPC platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can advise you free of charge.
