The contact form and WhatsApp are convenient for questions about a piece or an order. For anything you may want a dated record of later, such as a complaint or a problem with a piece, please write to us by email or post.

Withdrawing from a purchase

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive your piece, without giving a reason. The simplest way is our online function Withdraw from contract here. It shows you a reference with the date and time of your withdrawal, and we then confirm it to you by email without undue delay. You can also tell us by email or by post. Our acknowledgement includes the address to send the piece back to. The full rules are in our Withdrawal and refund policy.

Faulty pieces, complaints and safety

If a piece is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity are explained in our Terms of service, and the EU summarises them at https://europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees.

If something is not right, please tell us first, ideally by email or post so that you have a dated record. Include your order number and, where it helps, photos. Where a faulty piece can be repaired, the repair is completed within 15 calendar days of the day you tell us about the fault, as the law requires. We reply as quickly as we can and try to resolve the matter with you. If we cannot, you can use the alternative dispute resolution service (SAL) of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can also advise you free of charge.

If you think a piece may be unsafe, or it has caused an accident or injury, please tell us straight away by email, by post or through the contact form.
